The guidance is general
The guides and tools help you understand a water bill and check for signs of a leak. They depend on the information you enter, and they are not a survey or a diagnosis of your property. Water company rules differ, so check anything about your bill or a leak allowance with your own water company.
If water is coming through a ceiling or near electrics, turn off the water at the stop tap and get help in person straight away. Call 999 if anyone is in danger.
Services from ADI Leak Detection
If you book a visit, it is a separate agreement with ADI under its terms and conditions of service, and the price is confirmed with you before booking. Nothing in these website terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
