Who is responsible
ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, trading as ADI Leak Detection, runs this website and is the controller for any personal information connected with it. What this website stores
Only what you type into the tools, and only on your own device:
- the bill checker keeps your answers in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab;
- the meter leak test keeps your readings, the timer and your checklist in your browser’s local storage, so you can come back to a test. Press "Start a new test" or clear your browser data to remove them;
- the usage calculator and the reading translator keep nothing once you leave the page.
None of it is sent to us or anyone else. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising code.
Like any website, the hosting service handles the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and the page requested, to deliver and protect the site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose own privacy policy covers that processing.
Telephone calls
The number on this site, 0333 567 2647, goes to ADI Leak Detection. ADI records calls to its offices for quality and training, and handles the details you give on the phone under ADI’s own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
